when: 9:00am- 6:30 pm on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 cost: $100/person (sliding scale options start at $75/person) Join our Artist in Residence and other creatives on a retreat into nature and the senses. Time in nature is deeply restorative to the nervous system and the collaborative spirit of community can spark new inspiration. If you have experienced creative burn-out and are looking to reignite your internal flame, this retreat is for you. If you long to open the door to your inner artist in a safe, non-judgmental environment, this retreat is also for you! If you are looking to connect and create alongside other like-minded humans, this retreat is for you, too! **ages 18+ may enroll. Nursing infants are welcome.** Included in your registration, we'll provide a nourishing vegetarian lunch. To rent a private room in our nearby cabins, contact kk@stfrancisofthewoods.org. Bring: A water bottle, yoga mat or blanket, warm and comfortable clothing, and closed-toe shoes **Varied pricing is available so that those who can pay more help support those who benefit from a discounted price, to make this retreat more accessible.** SCHEDULE 9 am: Opening Circle in St. Francis Chapel 10 am: Forest Bathing and Nature Journaling along the Trail (supplies provided) 12 pm: Lunch in Community Center (provided) 1:30-3 pm: Free rest time (explore labyrinths, garden, grounds, library) 3-4:30 pm: Collaborative Mural on Farm Stand building nourishing snacks and sparkling water (provided) 5-6 pm: Freeform dance and drumming outside in Chapel Grove (or in Chapel if weather is unsuitable) 6-6:30 Closing circle in the St. Francis Chapel
